- RFQ for Janitorial Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation AG-51A8-S-15-0005 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for providing janitorial services for the Shawnee National Forest, Hidden Springs Ranger District Administrative Site, 602 North 1st Street, Route 45N, Vienna, IL 62995-0037. The work will be performed in Johnson County, IL. The work involves standard janitorial services for the Hidden Springs Ranger District Administrative Office. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $18.0 mil. Contract is estimated to begin February 1, 2015. Basis For Award: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Quoter based on price, past performance, and technical evaluation factors. One Base contract with Four Option Years is anticipated. Contractors must offer on the Base and all Options to be considered. No pre-quote meeting is scheduled. Offerors shall provide and submit pricing and technical information to: Brenda Whitaker, USDA Forest Service, 50 Hwy 145 S., Harrisburg, IL 62946. NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. E-mail quotes are preferred at brendawhitaker@fs.fed.us. Quotes are due by email or mail January 13, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. CT. Service Contract Act wage determination is applicable. Quotes must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in the System For Award Management (www.sam.gov). Quotes must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 -- Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, an offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically via http://www.acquisition.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the System for Award Management (SAM) website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (o) of this provision. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: price, past performance, and technical capability.
