Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-15-Q-0071 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79. This is unrestricted and the associated NAICS code is 339112, size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for Vascular Stents that will be used for Cardiovascular Surgical Procedures. Delivery location is the Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 West 3rd Street, Dayton OH 45428 and shall be FOB destination. Delivery required within 15 days of contract award.
