- List of required groceries and supplies for Charleston Job Corps café. THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY: T he Charleston Job Corps Center in Charlestson, WV operated by Horizons Youth Services, is requesting bids to supply the Center cafeteria with food and supplies. The products must meet the attached list by item description and size. Weekly deliveries are required. The award period will consist of January 8, 2015 - March 31, 2015. The attached spreadsheet contains a complete list of items to be purchased. Bidders are required to enter item numbers and pricing on spreadsheet provided only. Bids submitted in other formats will not be considered. COmpleted bids must be e-mailed to Hudson.Becky@jobcorps.org by the deadline of January 5, 2015 5:00 P.M. EST. Late bids will not be accepted.
