- This solicitation number is W912GY-15-T-0011 with the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 532412 and a small business size standard of 32.5 million dollars. This requirement is full and opent competition and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is December 17, 2014 and closes January 15, 2015 at 5:00 PM EST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. This procurement is for the purchase of: SUPERSTACKER LEASE WITH OPTION TO BUY FOR A BASE PERIOD AND FOUR OPTION YEARS. OPTION TO BUY WILL BE AT THE END OF THE FIVE (5) YEAR PERIOD. For this solicitation: Delivery to Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, CA 96113 Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. *** Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing through Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) or may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Charee Harris or emailed to charee.k.harris.civ@mail.mil. No telephone questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted within 5 days of the closure date.*** Offeror must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered with SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov.
