- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Milan, Michigan, intends to issue a solicitation for RFQP04171500002 Cable/Satellite Services. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Small Business and FOB Destination. The NAICS code is 515210. Delivery dates will begin October 01, 2011 and ends September 30, 2012. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 4004 E. Arkona Rd, P.O. Box 9999, Milan, MI 48160. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative costs. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 18, 2014 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
