Classification Code: X NAICS Code: 531120 This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 10,989 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 9,990 NUSF of medical space and 50 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Robley Rex Veterans Administration Medical Center. The lease has been awarded to the Professional Center, LLC in Louisville, Kentucky. Commencing January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2024, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $154,845.00 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $12,903.75 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $119,880.00 annually and an operating rent of $34,965.00. The lease terms are set at 10 years/5 years firm. VA may terminate this lease after December 31, 2019 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
