- FLC, Phila. intends to purchase software/hardware maintenance renewal for EMC storage arrays on a sole source basis from EMC Corp. of Hopkinton, MA. EMC Corp. is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FLC, Phila. within two days of this announcement. Such information should be addressed to the attention of FLC Code 0290.2H. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 334614/750 employees. Only quotes from EMC Corp. authorized resellers and have a secret clearance will be acceptable.
