Ft. (ABOA): 13,436 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,436 Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 41 on-site secured structured or surface parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 12 years Firm Term: 7 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous on one floor and have potential for an efficient layout. Space must be located on the second floor or higher.
