Unit of Issue: EACH Delivery Schedule: AS NEEDED Type of Set-Aside: The proposed contract is unrestricted under FAR Part 13.5 Destination Information: VARIOUS CONUS LOCATIONS - within established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. DLA Land and Maritime is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for the following item: NSN: 4310014668495 DESCRIPTION: FILTER ELEMENT, INTAKE AIR CLEANER ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND QUANTITY (ADQ): 7,301 The solicitation will be available the AT WEBSITE on its issue date on or about DECEMBER 15, 2014. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This item is subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars.
