- Caterpillar will provide all the labor and materials for the supply chain management of all the parts on the Caterpillar Engine model numbers for the following family of vehicles: Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV), Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Vehicles, Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT), and Heavy Equipment Transporter (HET). The model number and National Stock Number (NSN) for each engine is as follows: FMTV, Model C7, 2815-01-574-9455, 2815-01-576-2885, 2815-01-526-5263, 2815-01-565-1112, 2815-01-526-5265, 2815-01-565-1113. FMTV, Model 3126, 2815-01-505-1477, 2815-01-568-0408, 2815-01-505-1476, 2815-01-537-5511, 2815-01-467-8471. FMTV, Model 3116, 2815-01-419-0222, 2815-01-418-9009. MRAP, Caiman 2815-01-555-5432, Caiman Plus 2815-01-565-0912, MATV C7 2815-01-577-5657, CMTV C9 2815-01-559-9796. HEMTT Model C15, 2815-01-562-6787. HET Model C18, 2815-01-578-0468. Technical Support Services to include one (1) full-time on site technician to support RRAD personnel in using the electronic control module (ECM) and during the inspection, repair, validation, and certification of the final product. Technical support services shall be conducted in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Supply Chain Management services to include at least one (1) full-time on site expeditor. Supply Chain Management services shall be conducted in strict accordance with the PWS. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation upon release: This is an unrestricted procurement. NAICS Code: 333618 The award shall be made NLT COB 13 MAR 2015. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor willbe required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation. Request for proposal will issue on or about 26 NOV 2014 and will be available on the RRAD website: https://www.redriver.army.mil.
