Description

Solicitation VA263-15-Q-0213 is hereby modified to remove the following requirements: - Item 5.11 Boiler Plant Building Combustible and Carbon Monoxide Monitor - Item 6.5 Flame Scanner on Boiler #3. Boiler #1 and #2 shall remain as part of the contract These items have been addressed and/or repaired and shall not be part of the contract. The combustible and carbon monoxide monitor deficiencies were addressed by VA staff. The flame scanner for Boiler #3 was replaced with a UV scanner (by others) and is functioning properly. **Boiler's #1 and #2 will need UV scanners as noted in the report and any adjustments required to make them fully operational. **Sign and return a copy of attached amendment with your quotation as acknowledgement of receipt.
