- Solicitation W911SA-15-T-0070 will be issued on or about 22-Dec-2014 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Refuse Services at USARC Facilities in Great Bend, Kansas City, Pittsburg, Salina and Leavenworth, KS. The performance period is 1-Feb-2015 (or subsequent date) to 31-Jan-2016 with four (4) one year option periods. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
