- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Harahan Delineated Area: North: Lakefront Trail East: 17th Street Canal to Veterans Blvd (heading west) to Clearview Parkway (heading south) to Hwy 90 South: Mississippi River Trail West: Midway Drive to Hickory (changes to Dickory Ave, then changes to David Dr) to Veterans Blvd (heading west) to Williams Blvd (heading north) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,020 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,500 Space Type: Warehouse Space (10,000-11,000 ABOA) Office Space (200-500 ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 (reserved/secured) Parking Spaces (Structured): -- Parking Spaces (Reserved): -- Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: -- Additional Requirements: • Space must be able to accommodate office/support space, storage spaces and interior vehicle spaces. • Location may not be within 1000 feet minimum, line of sight or within the vicinity of the following: Drug-free zone of school/park/day car boundary, residential/hoteling/shopping center and arenas or where drug activities are prevalent. • A minimum of 20' (foot) setback from roads and adjacent property lines is required. • Allowance for tractor trailer turning radius must be considered for access to the facility. • Air-condition space required for the small office space; main vehicle and general storage do not require air-conditioned space. • Overhead doors accessing the interior parking must accommodate a vehicle of 10'-0" in height and 10'-0" in width. • A minimum of two overhead doors (12'x12') and one pedestrian door are required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
