Description

CREDIT RELEASE FORM PAST PERFORMANCE FORM ACH FORM SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2181-15 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78. The North American Industry Classification System code is 339993, Fastener, Button, Needle, and Pin Manufacturing. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a three (3) year firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the following commercial item(s): Plastic Barrel Locs and Clips. SEE SECTION B FOR LIST OF ITEMS. ALL ITEMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE BERRY AMENDMENT COMPLIANT - MANUFACTURED ENTIRELY IN THE USA.
