- Market Research Questionnaire - DPM, Okinawa, Japan Sources sought synopsis announcement is issued to assist the 18th Contracting Squadron, Okinawa, Japan, in performing market research to determine interest and capability. This is not an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and responses to this invitation are not bids and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future IFB or an award. This document should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government. Any information provided to the Government in response to this document will become 18th Contracting Squadron property and will not be returned. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost associated with responding to the request. Request is for a 12 month base year plus four (4) each one-year option periods for a total performance period of five (5) years. 18 CONS is seeking interested sources capable of Packing, Crating, and temporary storage of personal property as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at DTR Part IV Personal Property, Appendix G through Attachment G6. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 484210. Interested and qualified sources are requested to fill out the attached questionnaire and to email it to both the primary and alternate points of contact. Any information provided is voluntary. All eligible firms responding to the Sources Sought must ensure their response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the firm's qualifications to perform this requirement.
