Description: JOFOC Missouri University of Science and Technology (Distance Learning Explosives Engineering Courses) The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, fixed price contract with Missouri University System dba Missouri University of Science and Technology for Graduate classes in the field of Distance Learning Explosives Engineering. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Jim Huff, email address James.Huff@atf.gov by Tuesday December 16th, 2014 (1:00 pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
