Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Reseach Center (NMRC) intents to solicits a proposals and enter into a contract with Life Technologies Corporation, Grand Island, NY. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this 334516. Naval Medical Research Center required that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM).
