Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide a lease of 100 Intermittent Pneumatic Compression devices to include all maintenance and repairs. This lease will not include a disposable sleeve guarantee. This will be a base plus four (4) one year option periods. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 339112. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about December 17, 2014. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
