- The USAF is requesting that all those contractors who plan to bid on LGPBL1 provide a response to this notice indicating what questions (if any) they have for USAF regarding the data that has been posted to date on FedBizOpps (FBO) regarding this effort; specifically listed on FBO as "LGPBL1 Usage Data," "LGPBL Updated BOM info," "Standard Price data," and "LGPBL1 Updated BOM Prices." All responses must be submitted no later than 12:00 Noon (Mountain Daylight Time) Monday, 15 Dec 2014. If you have no questions, please provide a response to confirm receipt and understanding of this notice. Please provide your responses in writing to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Tim Arbon at timothy.arbon@us.af.mil and the Program Manager, Mr. David Stone at david.stone.4@us.af.mil. USAF is planning to conduct a web meeting via Defense Connect Online (DCO) to provide any clarification that may be required on such data. The tentative timeframe is the afternoon of Wednesday, 17 Dec 2014. That web meeting, including exact time and duration, will depend on the responses received. If you would like to attend that meeting, please include in your response the name(s) of those who plan to log in, as well as the title of their applicable company.
