This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-78. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for furnishing commercial items, brand name or equal. The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under solicitation number VA786-15-Q-0052 for the following cemetery: Chattanooga National Cemetery 1200 Bailey Avenue Chattanooga, TN 37404 PH: 423-855-6590 POC: Gregory Courtney This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 325314, Size Standard is 500 Employees. The Contractor shall deliver the following items to Chattanooga National Cemetery at address above, FOB Destination on an as-needed basis.
