Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-14-R-0355 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide and install concrete grave liners in accordance with Commercial Item Description No. A-A-30194, dated July 26, 1993 and also provide service for 1st and 2nd interments at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery located in Elwood, IL 60421 with a period of performance of Date of Award through September 30, 2015 with four (1) year options if exercised. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327390. Size standard of 500 employees is applicable. Award will be made on a Best Value basis utilizing the following criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around December 12, 2014. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., January 9, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
