- Sole Source Justification for ITRON MV-90 Renewal Western Area Power Administration intends to negotiate a sole source contract for ITRON MV-90 Software Support. This acquisition will be handled as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. ITRON, Inc. has the proprietary ownership and exclusive distribution and support of MV-90 software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this is 511210 and the business size standard is $38.5 Million. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements must be received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government's requirements.
