- Request for Quote, Statement of Work and all requirements Description of Requirement: This synopsis is a request for quotes. This is a solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or around 10 Dec, 2014 for the procurement of Ground Well Pump Water Pressure Testing for Ground Pressure per Minute (GPM) of Well Water for Camp Lejeune, NC. This is a request for responses. This announcement is a solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Set-aside status: The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100% set-aside for Small Business pursuant to (FAR 52.219-3). The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 333911. Vendors must review and respond to all requirements listed in the (RFQ) Request for Quote attached Conducting Business with the Government In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. No CDs or hard copies will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the referenced page for any update(s) to the Notice.
