- NSN: 6605-00-551-8187, Compass, Magnetic, Mounted. Approved Source(s): KOLLSMAN, INC, CAGE, 89944, P/N1630BU4-02, AIRPATH INSTRUMENT, CAGE, 70214, P/N CB-2100-T4, and SOCIETY OF AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERS, INC, CAGE 81343, P/N MS17983-2 Origin Inspection is required. FOB is Origin. First Destination Transportation applies to the procurement. DLA Aviation Richmond does not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 48 days. Clause 52.246-11 applies and manufacturers will need to be IS9001:2008 or equivalent certified. Item is commercial and will be acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 This NSN is a non-critical application item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four (4) option years, Solicited as unrestricted. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 324 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 81 each for the base year only. These estimated demand quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is on or about December 18, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
