- N00164-15-R-WM76 - SOLE SOURCE - AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Assembly Spares - FSC 5998 - NAICS 334419 Anticipated Issue Date 7 January 2015 - Anticipated Closing Date 20 February 2015 - TIME 3:00 PM EST This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a non-commercial, sole source, firm-fixed Price (FFP), five year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract with DRS Laurel Technologies, 246 Airport Road, Johnstown, PA 15904. The procurement will be for a minimum quantity of one (1) and a maximum quantity of 30 over the five year ordering period. The Government has a requirement for 7 DRS Laurel Technologies installation check out spares for the AN/SLQ-32(V)6, part numbers, drawing numbers: 1010211-1 _34EA9-1010211M_Common Electronic module, 1010295-1_5998-01-586-9405_Circuit Card Electronic Module, 1010295-2_5998-01586-9956_Storage Module,1010295-3_5998-01-586-9983_Media Module, 1010295-4_5998-01-586-9968_Central Processing unit Module, 1010295-5_5998-01-586-9980_Input/Output module, and 1010298-6_5998-01-586-9469_Power module. DRS Laurel Technologies parts are approved and required for use in the SEWIP 1B3 which is a key component in the assembly of the AN/SLQ-32(V) 6. They have been verified to meet the specification requirements through extensive engineering tests. The Government does not possess a complete technical data package to compete this action. A competitive procurement approach would require extensive cost duplication for non-recurring engineering and product validation and an unacceptable delay in schedule to meet requirement needs. The effort will not be set aside for small business concerns. FOB destination delivery will be 180 days after receipt of order at NSWC Crane, Crane, IN. The requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 23049(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation will be available on or about 7 January 2015. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified by the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
