Description

AWARD NOTICE FOR VA263-15-Q-0090 - Contract VA263-15-P-0054 has been awarded to Winergy LLC in the amount of $21,535 for period 11/1/2014 - 10/31/2015. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services identified below, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation VA-263-15-0088 is being issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as a small business set-aside and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541380 with the small business size standard of $14 million. The Iowa City VA Health Care System in Iowa City, Iowa, has a requirement for the Annual Inspection and Certification of: Biological Safety Cabinets (52), Fume Hoods (19), Misc. HEPA (6), Laminar Flow (1) Animal Housing (11), Animal Change Station (6); and Semiannual Inspection and Certification of: Biological Safety Cabinets (2); Clean Room Testing (2); and provide a price for each re-certification trip. Quotation is to be for Base Year and four (4) Option Years. (See attached RFQ for schedule and Statement of Work).
