- Purchase Request number 55342947 will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract from Solicitation SPE4A7-15-R-1326 for NSN 1680-01-102-6064, Nomenclature, SEAT, AIRCRAFT, quantity 195 each in accordance with Bell Helicopter-Textron, CAGE 97499, part number 206-070-885-101. This is a source controlled item with two approved sources, Skyline Industries, CAGE 24434 and Maney Aircraft Inc., CAGE 1000. This a Critical Application item. There is a Contractor First Article Test Requirement and a Government FIT Verification Test. This is an FOB Destination/Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin requirement. Required delivery is 180 days after receipt First Article and FIT verification test approval. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue dated cited in the RFP.
