- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex; Pollock, intends to issue a solicitation for the provision of a new Above Ground Fuel Storage Tank with secondary Containment. Also the removal and disposal of the existing tank and secondary contrainment is required. Federal Correctional Complex is located in Pollock, Louisiana. The successful contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and expertise for the construction project. A site visit will be scheduled prior to the solicitation due date. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $30,000 and $70,000. This project is a total 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238190 with a size standard of $14 million. The period of performance is 110 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. No tax exemption certificate will be issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
