The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Boulder, CO Delineated Area: Within the city limits of Boulder, CO Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,395 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,395 Space Type: Flex (Office, Lab, and Warehouse) Parking Spaces (Total): 80 on site structured or surface parking spaces. Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Offered space must be contiguous. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Request for Lease Proposals. B. Projected Dates.
