TYPE: Sources Sought TITLE: Prefabricated Office Space Rental NAICS: 624221, Temporary Shelters The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS) is currently seeking sources for a service requirement for Prefabricated Office Space Rental at Andersen AFB, GU. This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict 36 CONS to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by 36 CONS to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated Prefabricated Office Space Rental services on Andersen AFB, GU. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, transportation, maintenance and equipment to provide one (1) each 3,600 square foot prefabricated office space (POS), one (1) each 2,160 square POS, one (1) each 1,440 square foot POS, one (1) each 720 square foot POS, one (1) each 360 square foot POS, and all associated equipment. Note that a single structure is not required for each POS as long as squarefootage is met. The contractor shall provide the POS(s) from 26 January 2015 - 4 March 2015. The below listing are basic requirements for all five (5) POS(s); The below listing are basic requirements for all five (5) POS(s); • Structure needs to be weatherproof, (free of water intrusion) resistant to typhoons and standard Guam weather (wind, rain, flooding). Structure must withstand up to 170mph winds. • Maintenance of structure will be the responsibility of the contractor. Contractor will be required to address any structural deficiencies/failures within a 4-hour period upon notification from representatives of USFJ or 36 CONS during the life of the lease for all contractor supplied materials, equipment, facilities. • Structure must adhere to Andersen AFB Fire code requirements including smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. • Structure needs to have adequate air conditioning throughout to maintain 70 degrees F to provide comfortable working conditions for the subject space. • Accesses via man-doors, with locks and 2 keys are required at each end of the structure. • Industrial flooring shall be in place for 100% of the structure • Overhead lighting commensurate with commercial office space is required throughout the structure. • Structure needs to be compatible for use with base communication infrastructure. Weatherproof penetration from outside of the structure is required for communications and power sources. • Overhead lighting (with emergency lighting) • A three (3) inch weather protected cable access pass-through • Structures shall include a minimum of two (2) exterior exits with two (2) keys per exit and exterior outdoor lighting and interior battery powered emergency exit signs • Structures shall have level flooring, a proper drainage system and shall be elevated to ensure no flooding The following is the detailed requirements for each POS: • STRUCTURE 1 - Fire Station 1 - A structure(s) with square footage of 2,160 sq. ft. • STRUCTURE 2&3 - Fire Station 2 - A structure(s) with square footage of 2,160 sq. ft. One Section will be 720 sq. ft. The other section will be 1,440 sq. ft. Sections may be combined in to a single structure provided it does not incur additional charges to the U.S. Government. • STRUCTURE 4 - Bldg. 2510 - A structure(s) with square footage of 3,600 sq. ft. • STRUCTURE 5 - Center Ramp - A structure(s) with square footage of 360 sq. ft.
