- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. USAMRIID requires services to perform qualification tests on between 30-35 cell lines to ensure consistent and accurate performance of plaque and TNA assays as well as consistent and healthy cultivation of viral stocks used for regulated studies. The Project Work Statement, submittal requirements, and evaluation criteria are found in the attached SF 1449 (W81XWH-15-T-0016). Please be sure to read the Solicitation document carefully. The Contract Specialist (CS) is the sole point of contact for this acquisition. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the CS, Eric Olmstead. The due date for quotes is 5-JAN-15 @1100 EST.
