- This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's notice of awarding a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to BKM Global Enterprises LLC pursuant to FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The US Marine Corps received services for SME and SIGINT training. This Notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 5:00 PM 4 January 2015, EST by e-mail to Porfirio.Aragon@socom.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements.
