- L15PS00026 This amendment is hereby issued to changed the date and time scheduled for submittal of quotes to Wednesday, December 17, 2014, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. The period of performance for this requirement is from January 2, 2015 to February 28, 2015. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for wildlife emergency stabilization no trace seeding located within the vicinity of the Burns district area of responsibility. The performance period is from 01/02/2015 through 02/28/2015. The NAICS code is 115112 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
