The VISN 3 Healthcare System is issuing this Presolicitation notice to advise potential vendors of a service requirement to deliver sulfur heating oil to the James J. Peters VA Medical Center 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 324110. A solicitation will be issued for this requirement and the period of performance for this requirement shall be January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
