Description

This is an AMENDMENT to a previous combined synopsis. The solicitation number is VA248-15-Q-0296 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335312. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. THE AMENDED PORTIONS CONSIST OF QUANTITY IN CLIN 1001,2001, AND 3001 TO REFLECT ACCURATE QUANTITY OF QUARTELY INSPECTIONS TO ANNUAL OIL CHANGES. The VHA NCO 08 - 546 - Miami Healthcare System requires Quarterly Service and a single Annual Oil and Filter Replacement for Six (6) Emergency Generators with the CLIN 0001: Perform minor Quarterly Service Inspections on three (3) Detroit Diesel 750kw generators IAW the PWS. Model /serial numbers "101088-1-0704 "101088-2-0704 "101088-3-0704 CLIN 0002: Perform minor Quarterly Service Inspections on three (3) Caterpillar 2000kw generators IAW the PWS. Model /serial numbers "7RN01693 "7RN01711 "7RN01713 CLIN 0003: Annual oil and filter change with total coolant flush and top off on all six (6) Diesel generators IAW the PWS.
