NOTICE OF INTENT SYNOPSIS: Department of Veterans Affairs, RMAC, on behalf of VA Medical Center Denver, CO, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a contract for Proquist Enterprise Support software licensing for the following: 5 users of four modules: Personnel & Training, Issues & Actions, Document Control, Auditing. The justification for other than full and open competition is attached for further rationale for the sole source award. This sole source award is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
