- Description
- The Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources that can provide preventative maintenance, and special callout repair services on equipment and systems (electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic). Maintenance/repairs shall be in accordance with National Standards ANSI C2 (National Electrical Safety Code); and NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), as well as U.S. Department of Labor OSHA 1910 & 1926 (General Industry, OSHA Safety and Health Standards). The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310. The applicable small business size standard is $7M. Maintenance and Repair will be performed at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Jefferson County, Arkansas. Response time for urgent maintenance/repairs is 1 business day; response time for preventative maintenance/repairs is in accordance with a prescribed equipment requirements schedule (Annually, Semi-Annually, Quarterly, Monthly, Semi-Monthly). A **DRAFT** Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided as an attachment to describe the requirements. There will be NO questions entertained at this time regarding the PWS since it is a DRAFT. Respondents to this Sources Sought announcement should provide the following information: 1.Company name, CAGE Code, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email Address, business size status relative to NAICS 811310. 2.Business literature sufficient to demonstrate ability to perform the required maintenance/repair. 3.Confirmation that maintenance/repairs can be initiated within 1 business day, when required. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, a Solicitation, a Request for Quotes, or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained in this announcement. This request is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this announcement. However, information obtained as a result of this announcement may be reflected in the subsequent solicitation, this announcement is Government market research, and may result in revisions to both its requirements and its acquisition strategy based on industry responses.
