Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: This is a sources sought announcement only! This is NOT a solicitation. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran-owned small business, and small business relative to NAICS 541611, size standard $13.5M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide clinical consultation services to clinical staff at the Columbus Vet Center, 2601 Cross Country Drive, Columbus, GA 31906. Consultation services will include advising/consultation on clinical case reviews (Veterans, Active Duty Service Members and their family members and significant others), updates on cases presented for periodic case reviews, crisis situations, discussing new or current treatment modalities for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma, Bereavement and other psychological conditions that may result from exposure to war trauma and subsequent readjustment issues. PREFERENCES: Military experience or professional clinical experience working with Active Duty and Veterans. Experience in individual, group and family counseling; specifically in diagnosis and treatment of Trauma and PTSD from combat and sexual assault. REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity and experience with a variety of treatment regimens Master's Degree Licensed in the state of Georgia as: Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Nurse, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner or Professional Counselor The intended Period of Performance is a base + 4 option years. Services shall be provided bi-monthly for a minimum of two (2) hours per session not to exceed four (4) hours per month. Responses to this sources sought must include only the following: 1. Vendors interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a separate solicitation announcement that shall be published separately.
