RFI VA119-15-N-0056 Amendment A0001 This amendment updates previous language under the RFI and updates the Statement of Need Document. All response times including the vendor day remain unchanged. 1. Update previous language from: Questions regarding this RFI are due by 12:00pm EDT, Dec 8th, 2014. Responses are due by 3pm EDT, Dec 12th, 2014. Please submit e-mail questions and responses to Mr. Lance Belcher, Contract Specialist, at email address: lance.belcher@va.gov. Your response should include the STATEMENT OF CAPABLILITY, and BUSINESS SIZE AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS information as explained above. Please place Attention: Response to RFI# VA119-15-N-0056 in the subject line of your response email. To: Questions regarding this RFI are due by 12:00pm EDT, Dec 8th, 2014. If you plan on attending vendor day, please contact Regina McGregor at Regina.McGregor@va.gov to set up a time for your presentation. The response time for participating in the vendor day will be December 3rd, 2014 at 12:00pm EST. The contractor will be limited in having three individuals in attendance. All individuals must bring a driver's license or other Government ID with picture. When contacting Ms. McGregor, the individuals who are attending will need to be identified.
