Description
F-15SA ICS Contractor Capability Survey F15SA ICS Sources Sought - RFI We are conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for performing ICS tasks to include providing full Organization level (O-Level) aircraft flightline maintenance and Intermediate level (I-Level) backshop maintenance support for F-15SA aircraft in Saudi Arabia. There will be approximately Twenty-Four (24) F-15SA aircraft at the 55th FTU, King Khalid Air Base (KKAB) that will be supported through the O&I Level maintenance of this contract. Maintenance operations may be conducted at the following bases: King Khalid Air Base, Khamis-Mushayt; King Faisal Air Base, Tabuk; Prince Sultan Air Base, Al Kharj; King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dhahran; and King Saud Air Base, Hafar Al Batin. The contractor will be required to: provide aviation maintenance to support the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) mission, mission capable aircraft at required levels to accomplish mission requirement, quality assurance for all contract requirements and standards, qualified aircraft maintenance personnel, and integrated risk management in all operational decisions. Our estimated acquisition strategy is a four-year, 8-month contract (basic plus 3 one-year options and a 20-month option) and will continue through CY2021.
