Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20, VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Joerns, LLC for the following services: rental of specialty beds and equipment. NAICS 423450 applies to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide these services. Responses must be received no later than 14:00 PST on 8 December 2014. All responses must be emailed to crystal.parris@va.gov.
