Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center VAMC located at 4104 S. 4th St Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048 is seeking a single award to a responsible vendor to provide the following services. The Contractor shall provide cable TV and internet services, including Wi-Fi guest access. All responding offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base. The NAICS code for this requirement is 515210 with a business size standard of $38.5 million and the PSC is D399. Responding contractors should provide specifics on the type of cable services and the internet performance levels they are able to provide and their business size. Questions must be presented in writing to the Contracting Officer Michelle Avery, michelle.avery@va.gov 913 946-1966. Responses required by Thursday, December 4 at 5:00 PM CST. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. All businesses able to provide these combined services are encouraged to submit information regardless of business size. A solicitation is not currently available.
