- Sources Sought Notice Laboratory Reference Services for Pittsburgh VA Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is seeking information regarding Laboratory Reference Services. The Performance Work Statement is attached.
