****ATTENTION*****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO LAURIE A. HEWITT, CONTRACTING OFFICER, CCAM-ALL, VIA email: laurie.hewitt@us.army.mil, or fax number (256) 955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly, PRON: D15H6581D1, NSN: 5998-01-092-0914, PN: 11437163, Quantity: 15 each minimum applicable to the PATRIOT system. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Fort Bliss, TX 79916-5801. Required delivery is 15 each 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The item manufacture of this part requires special test and/or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra-precision quality for its function or system integrity. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar.
