- JOFOC The IRS Office of Information Technology Acquisitions (OITA) negotiated a sole source contract for HP and EMC Warranty for Raytheon Tool Components to Raytheon Oakley Systems, Inc, 2755 E Cottonwood Parkway STE 600, Salt Lake City, UT 84121. The warranty for the Raytheon Tool Components is needed to support The Department of the Treasury clients. Raytheon is the only vendor that is capable of providing this particular warranty. This action resulted in a Firm Fix Priced contract for four (4) years with a 12 month Base Year and 3 One Year Options Years as follows: Base Year: November 16, 2014 to October 31, 2015 Option Year 1: November 1, 2015 to October 31, 2016 Option Year 2: November 1, 2016 to October 31, 2017 Option Year 3: November 1, 2017 to October 31, 2018 The NAICS code is 541519 and a size standard of $27.5 Million. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Andrew Greenfield at Andrew.J.Greenfield@ris.gov. All responses must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, December 11, 2014, and will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
