- This is a notice of intent to increase the contract capacity for the following contracts: W912ER-14-D-0001 W912ER-14-D-0002 W912ER-14-D-0003 W912ER-14-D-0004 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may submit a capability statement that includes technical specifications of services, demonstrating ability to provide service and repair of described equipment herein. Responses under this Notice of Intent must be emailed to: Ryan.K.Gregory@usace.army.mil and Abraham.Curry@usace.army.mil by Thursday December 11, 2014 at 1:00 PM EST. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements. A determination not to compete this and future requirements, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interesting parties in responding to this notice. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. The Justification & Approvals for this contract action will be posted in the near future.
