- This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-12-G-A754 with Dresser Rand Co, Chesapeake, VA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUP WSS for the period 2014 Nov 22 thru 2015 Nov 22 for the evaluation and repair of various Air Compressors. See attached list of applicable NIINs. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP WSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
