- PM2-15-009 NORFOLK PUSHER BOATS The Military Sealift Command requires three (3) Time Charter Pusher Boats for Norfolk Naval Ship Yard (NNSY). Services that may be performed as requested on a 24 hour per day basis, 365 days per year readiness include but are not limited to: Towing, twisting, mooring, berthing, docking, streaming, shifting, assisting, pulling and escorting AFDM, T-ARS, AS, CVN, IX, LHD, SSBN, SSN, foreign Military, and miscellaneous other vessels, barges, submarine, craft hulls, sleds, derricks, lighters and objects whatsoever nature including anything carried thereon, as well as transfer of Government personnel. Government reserves the right to use government-owned or controlled tugs or vessels separately or jointly with owner's vessels in the performance of any services listed in this contract.
