- Description
- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for maintenance services to include mowing, cleaning and janitorial and general maintenance services at Dillon and Tom Jenkins, OH. There will be a base period with three additional one year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract, competitively negotiated. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range as determined by the Contracting Officer and has been evaluated as most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Management Plan; (B) Experience; (C) Past Performance; (D) Equipment and (E) Cost/Price. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for December 19, 2014 11:00 AM at Dillon Lake, 4969 Dillon Dam Road, Zanesville, OH 43701. For directions, please contact the Project, phone (740) 454-2225. Solicitation documents will be available on or about December 10, 2014 online at http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM). A NAICS Code 561730 has been established for this solicitation. The size standard is $7.5M. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. One original plus three paper copies of your technical propose must be submitted by the date and time set out in the Solicitation, along with the one original plus one copy of your Cost/Price Proposal and Standard Form 33 Documents and Certification/Representations, along with one electronic copy, inclusive of all attachments and formatted in one searchable.pdf quote mark document.
