- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE EMERGENCY ACTION SERVICES AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT HEADQUARTERS, U.S. PACIFIC COMMAND NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor, HI (FLCPH) is seeking sources for a contemplated contract for Headquarters, U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) Emergency Action Services. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This Notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Notice. The Navy will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Notice. This Notice is an announcement seeking market information on businesses capable of providing the services as described herein. FLCPH is currently conducting market research to determine qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources capable of providing Emergency Action Services at USPACOM on Oahu, Hawaii. The Performance Work Statement is provided as part of this Notice. The information requested by this Notice will be used within the Navy to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Should a future requirement(s) evolve from this preliminary planning process, please provide an anticipated delivery schedule. For purposes of this Notice, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services and the small business size standard is $25M. If your business (small or large) has an interest in proposing on the requirements described above, please provide a Capability Statement to Ms. Patricia Murakami at patricia.murakami@navy.mil no later than 26 December 2014, 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time. The Capability Statement should include general information and technical background describing your firm s experiences in contracts requiring similar efforts. Interested parties shall not submit more than 10 single sided, type-written pages using 12-point type or larger. Capability Statements shall include the following: 1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, NAICS code, any GSA schedules or other Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) held, company size (large or small business); socioeconomic status such as 8(a), small disadvantaged business, HUB Zone, minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned and veteran-owned. 2. Demonstrate ability to support services identified in this Notice and attached PWS. 3. Past/current performance background as it relates to performing tasks described in the attached PWS. 4. Determination of commerciality for services specified in the PWS. Respondents should include applicable Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS), Tax Identification Number (TIN), CAGE code, and indicate if actively registered on System for Award Management (SAM, formerly CCR). The Government will not pay for any materials furnished in response to this notice.
